Our Story
Franchise Ninja is redefining franchise development by empowering teams to manage and grow their brands more effectively. Traditionally, franchise development teams have had to juggle strategy, marketing, research, and sales, making it difficult to respond proactively to the fast-changing industry.
With Franchise Ninja, Fran Dev teams can get a powerful boost, allowing them to have a deeper level of understanding about their brand, the market, their prospects, and their competitors. Franchise Ninja is your AI-powered, Assistant Chief Development Officer, providing a foundation of knowledge that informs all analysis, decisions, and content delivered by the Platform.
The Platform’s core is our proprietary, AI-powered coding developed by co-founders and brothers, Kevin Batchelor and Rick Batchelor. Franchise Ninja follows the success of their powerful sales intelligence company, Visual Visitor, founded in 2009. Together, Rick and Kevin pioneered the fields of website visitor identification and person-level identification through the use of big data and artificial intelligence.
By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Franchise Ninja builds custom plans for strategy, messaging, and execution, so brands can pinpoint and engage high-potential franchise candidates. Our goal is to help franchise brands open more locations, so the franchising industry, as a whole, can double in size.
Meet the Founders
Rick Batchelor
Rick Batchelor is co-founder of Franchise Ninja, a division of Visual Visitor. Visual Visitor and Franchise Ninja have been launched alongside his brother and business partner, Kevin Batchelor.
Visual Visitor, founded in 2009, is Rick’s fourth successful company, reflecting his deep expertise in leveraging technology to create innovative marketing and sales solutions.
Rick also brings extensive experience in the franchising industry. His background includes over two decades supporting franchise systems with innovative marketing solutions, as the President of ZeeWise and then as founder of Qiigo. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Franchise Forum and as an active partner with the IFA and VetFan.
Kevin Batchelor
Kevin Batchelor is the co-founder of Visual Visitor and Franchise Ninja. Both companies have been launched alongside his brother, Rick.
With a career spanning over two decades in technology and software development, Kevin has played a pivotal role in building the Visual Visitor and Franchise Ninja platforms.
He leads with a deep understanding of enterprise systems, marketing technology, and a commitment to empowering businesses with practical, results-oriented marketing software.
His drive has helped shape the growth and reputation of Visual Visitor and Franchise Ninja, as both have become trusted resources for sales, marketing, and franchise industry professionals.
